Unexpected flasher

    Seen unexpectedly passing northwest to east near Altair. Passing south
    of Epsilon Pegasi at approx 18:46:00 UTC.
    
    Bright flares of mag 1 every 8 seconds, fading to mag 4 between flares.
    Quite spectacular. 
    
    Identified as 27520, H-2A debris.
