Observed Gorizont 16 ( 19397 ) 88 17A . Flashes were of about 0.5 second
duration. First seen flashing 13h 29min 42sec UT, September 28. PPAS
report follows
Ron Welch of Canberra observed this on sept 24.616 and alerted me.
