    I was able to observe ETS 6 (23230, 94-056A, also known as
    Kiku 6) at a range of 38,000 km! 10x50 binoculars. PPAS
    report:

    94- 56 A 02-09-23 03:25:06   EC  679.9 0.2  72  9.444 +5.5->inv

    Location:  E. Ney Museum grounds, 30.307N, 97.727W, 150m.

    Two others I'm now hoping to see are Russell Eberst's GPS
    (20302, 89-085A, flashed to +5.1 every 3 seconds on Sept. 4)
    and Greg Roberts' Glonass (15698, 85-037B, flashed to +3
    every 11 seconds on Sept. 12).
