Nice bright flashes, seemed like -1 in binoculars right after shadow exit,
    but I didn't try at 1-power. Flash period 6.67 s, with mag 5 flashes
approximately mid-time. Probably my first obs of this satellite !

I was also trying for USA 161 and 116 at 15 deg N, and a moonflash by Ir 23.
In all three cases moonlight and bad phase angles (and large distances to the
KHs) made them very difficult, and (in the N) my 7*50 vM limit was +6.5 - not at
    all sufficient.
