    This is now Columbia 515 , and still "alive" but somewhat inclined.
    It was I think used as TDRS back up a couple of years ago .Now owned , as
    you say by SES Americom.
    (Last November we suspected that this might be the bird carrying military
    video comms , but that turned out to be Telstar 11 , also at 37.5 W)
    Havn't seen any activity from it in some time .Latest keps show it on
    station at 37.5 west , and presently just above the arc....incl 4+ degs
    
    A quick scan in C band reveals no activity  on the analyser.
    Interestingly , Satcom C1 has moved along side Columbia in the last few
    days....and I suspect 515 will now be put to graveyard orbit.
