The section on the 515 satellite DID include a launch date Ed.
Also a longitude (37.1W). New owners say january 1989 .
Using HA's facilities the only possibility
    was 89 006A (#19772 ), an intelset VA satellite Flight model 515.
HA still lists it as belonging to Intelsat. However they do show it at 37d W.
    OIG gives latest elset as
    INTELSAT 515
    1 19772U 89006A 02261.81567223 -.00000270 00000-0 00000+0 0 433
    2 19772 4.1177 79.8725 0002489 88.8410 84.8213 1.00273390 38684
