2002-005F (#27377) Delta 2 RB

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Sep 17, 01:34 UTC - shows
the decay on
16 September, 22:09 UTC +/- 07 minutes (36.0°N, 334.0°E)
ascending over the Atlantic. This is in good agreement with
my preceding 06 HOURS BEFORE DECAY prediction (22:04 UTC).

My final analysis with MPM+REENTRY (SFX 183, ap 006) including
the last released ELSET 02259.735... delivers
16 September, 22:06 UTC +/- 07 minutes (23.22°N, 333.42°E)
also ascending over the Atlantic.
