DMB Obs 92-86C, USA 89 r

    Thanks to Greg Roberts for finding 92-86C, USA 89 r.  I got out my 8"
    Dobsonian last night, and was able to see it at a max of +8.5 fading away
    below mag +11 at the last position.  Here are my obs and an orbit, and
    another obs of 96-72A.
