David's obs of a second post-manoeuvre pass obviated the need for my
search element set, so I have fit it to his and other obs received so
    far:

    USA 129 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.3 v
    1 24680U 96072A 02255.69324074 .00040447 00000-0 48913-3 0 03
    2 24680 97.8836 317.7797 0509903 194.9552 359.5098 14.78629276 06

    WRMS error = 0.01 deg

Only the B* decay element was held constant in the analysis. The epoch
is near the time of the manoeuvre, which occurred when the object was
    near perigee, near 14 S, 105 W.

I hope to obtain a few more points this evening.
