    other then me being somewhat blinded
    last night by dew from remnants of T/S Fay,
    Rob's timing 20.7681 and mine perhaps reflects the 
    consistent daily spin up we have seen,
    ~.0114/day, or .00048/hr, as he obs'd 3 hours
    later, if I subtract .0014 from my
    reported 20.770, I get ~ 20.7686, a 'disagreement'
    of only .0005 sec.
    sky semi marginal 13sep for LEOs and near geos here...
