Cosmos 2282 (23168) 94- 38 A 02-09-12 03:04:27.0 PG 4590.3 0.2 221 20.770 +5/+7->inv sky UNexpectedLY cleared as TS Fay moved or faded away. cosmo was not seen flashing at 0140 ut but was seen flashing at 0145 ut, clocks started 0147 ut 12 sep. the first 20 flashes were all seen ~ +5 but one was a +3, but toward the end all~ +6.5. I attempted to get one last split circa 0330 ut but the visibility became too irregular and I moved the position to TVsat 1, more later(?)
