    SPACECOM'S 06 HOURS BEFORE DECAY REPORT - prepared September 10,
    18:13 UTC - predicts the decay on
    10 September, 23:50 UTC +/- 06 hours (23.1N, 342.2E)
    descending over the West Sahara.
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02253.442... - 02253.566...
    (SFX 215, ap 015) the decay on
    10 September, 23:38 UTC +/- 22 minutes (34.71, 293.86E)
    also southbound over the Atlantic.
    This preliminary "final" pass will cross on daylight the USA from Texas to South Carolina. Around 23:28.5 UTC there is a high
    elevation track over Austin (Az 341.61, Elevation 82.06)....
