    Here are the most useful obs I made on September 7/8.  I wish I'd tried to
    get a 2nd obs of 98-7A, as there is some disagreement with Paul Gabriel's
    obs of Sept 2.
    
    77-112E is the first of the 4 77-112 NOSSs objects to emerge from the dawn.
