I was expecting flashes to start between 0220 and 0230 ut 
(I had set the az/el via easy asterism at 0131 ut, (sunset 0049))
but I did a spot check at 0207 ut and it was already flashing,
started the clocks 0211 ut.  initially, the flashes seemed
to vary in mag from +4 to +6, but more into the cycle 
I was seeing ~ +4.

ooopps, I missed 23233, I was not expecting the sky to
clear and I did not setup the 101.  and 21798 would have
been skimming my western roof-top, so I left 101 in the box.
