Went to the store towards the end of dusk and I marveled how it could
be clear before sunset then cloud up so quickly...so often.

Then around 3:45 UT I went outside and it was mostly clear. Had to search
for Cosmos 2282 NORAD number...ran Skymap and set up.

After starting the stopwatch I had the first flash just after 4:04 UT (4 Sep)
    (4:04:02.5 UT)

Perhaps 6th magnitude and it got fainter. Verified period around 20.8 sec.

Missed several flashes so period was around 41.7 seconds. Last flash I
observed (no need to wait until the last one since it was already dimming)
was at 04:07:45 UT. It was still visible but faintly so I stopped.

Unknown when it started here because it was cloudy earlier.
