a side note to the id of 06848 73069D
as my UNID of 02sep 1037:45 ut,
the trak matches AOK...
skymap vM prediction is +9.4 which would
be not seen by my binos, but the sat
flew thru +6 (+/-0.5).  
since I was waiting for another sat at the
time I did not trak it outside the fov
so could not tell if this was "standard"
mag view somehow enhanced, or long or short
term flare.
