Report time 10:00 UTC 2002-025B (#27435) SHAVIT RB SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared August 31, 13:56 UTC - shows the decay on 31 August, 13:27 UTC +/- 07 minutes (09.0°S, 287.1°E) ascending over the border region Brazil/Peru. I have some doubts about the quality of this final message Only one aspect:The co-ords shows a significant error within the Lat/Long relation. After a correction for the current solar and geomagnetic data (SFX 180, ap 015) MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02243.457... and 02243.503... only a minor shift against my preliminary "final" prediction: 31 August, 13:32 UTC +/- 07 minutes (06.28°S, 285.78°E) also ascending over Peru. This agree in general with my preceding 06 and 02 hours before decay predictions.
