    on
      29 Sept, 00:34 UTC +/- 06 hours (34.3N, 53.7E)
    on a southbound pass over Iran.
    My final analysis with MPM+REENTRY based on the ELSETs 01271.384... -
    01271.593... delivers
      29 Sept, 00:24 UTC +/- 33 minutes (28.39N,07.68E)
    on an ascending pass over East Algeria.
    
    1994-030F(#23117) Proton upper stage Auxiliary motor
    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Sept 30, 02:47 UTC
    - showed the decay on
      29 Sept, 08:00 UTC +/- 02 hours (30.7S, 02.9E)
    on an ascending pass over the South Atlantic.
    
    MPM+REENTRY based on the ELSETs 01272.031... -
    01272.155... delivered as a final result the decay on
      29 Sept, 08:17 UTC +/- 17 minutes (16.79N,49.25E)
    also ascending over the southern parts of the Arabian Peninsula.
    
    BTW: Excuse the delay and missing forecasts: During
    the 48 hours I had a intermittently breakdown of the powers supply at my
