RE: Centaur and NOSS payload observed

In my haste to prepare an elset in time for use tonight, I may have
misunderstood whether or not the Centaur is one of the two objects reported.
One of them seems to be a rocket, but pending clarification, observers should
not necessarily expect either object to be as bright as a Centaur.

The Centaur could well be in a lower parking orbit, with a NOSS apogee.

Thus far, NASA/OIG lists only two objects from yesterday's launch: USA 160 and
the Centaur, but there could be additional pieces that have yet to be
catalogued.
