So this is 4 am HST Friday morning (UTC-10 hours).
I show an ISS pass over Hilo coming out of shadow at
4:30:35am HST, around 40 degrees above the northeast
horizon and descending. This will be a little over
20 degrees to the right of Jupiter.

Does anyone know a more precise time for the water dump?
