SPACECOM'S 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Sept 06, 07:24 UTC - shows 
the decay on        06 September, 09:52 UTC +/- 03 hours (29.0N, 286.1E)
on a northbound pass over the Atlantic.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01249.040... - 01249.233... the decay on
                    06 September, 10:00 UTC +/- 17 minutes (61.95N. 296.01E)
on the same pass N of Labrador.
There is at this time a small possibility for a low elevation pass over
the New York area around 09:52 UTC +/- 01 minutes.
