    Very clear night, caught DMSP7 as it passed through Lyra about 
    21:31 local time-this is the first decent night for a few days-
    observed at 58* mag with 6.25" newtonian telescope-will stay up a 
    bit to get a look at jupiter and saturn. Here is detail from obsentry 
    output-feedback appreciated (thanks for comments on previous 
    DMSP obs-I will try to increase frequency of observations!)
