My single obervation of MSTAR 3 CENT R should have had a '-' declination, not a
'+' one.  The correct observation is

MSTAR 3 CENT R

25725 99 023B    8333 E 20000926101544930 27 25 0519202-181938 48 R+060 10

Thanks to David Brierley for pointing out that Lepus is at a negative
declination!
