Keeps flashing, though shadow exit moves quickly down N.

    Ir 85 tum showed one negative-magnitude flash 19:01:29 , (RA 19:29 +50.5
    from predictions)

SPOT 3 rotation axis appears to have a very quick precession. Many
observations are needed, but only negative magnitude flashes please, since
the satellite moves a long arc between (bright) flashes, ususally 40 seconds
    of time!
