    Report time 10:15 UTC

    1994-050H (# 23210) Proton AUXILIARY MOTOR

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared September 26, 07:44 UTC - shows the decay on
                     26 September, 02:35 UTC +/- 28 minutes (52.5°S, 171.0°E)
on descending pass over the South Pacific.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last ELSET 00270.075... and a ballistic
coefficient derived from retrofitting of the last 8 ELSETs the decay on
                     26 September, 02:33 UTC +/- 14 minutes (48.82°S, 162.10°E)
on the same pass over the South Pacific after crossing the eastern parts of NEW
    SOUTH WALES (Australia).

The object shows a somewhat peculiar behavior. SpaceCom's 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY
message predicted the decay on 26 September, 01:09 UTC +/- 01 hours. Also MPM +
REENTRY delivered with the ELSETs 00269.833... and 0270.012... also the decay
on 01:06 UTC +/- 08 minutes. But at this time #23210 was still in orbit and
SpaceCom issued a new ELSET based on an epoch of around 01:50 UTC.....
