1999-026C (#25737) Pegasus XL RB

SpaceCom has released the last forecast on September 22, 08:20 UTC - roughly
two days before decay. An unusual procedure...

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last two ELSETs  00267.786... and 00267.968...
the decay on    24 September 01:21.5 UTC +/- 22 minutes (33.52°, 331.12°E)
on a southbound pass over the Atlantic.
