    SPOT 3 flashed to 0 mag or brighter at stopwatch times
    0:00, 0:40, 1:21, 1:46 (phase shift!), 2:06.
    First flash is 18:22:32 UTC
    Second pass first flash at 20:03:40, another 20:04:58, but they were
    not brighter than +2, and the flashes in-between no better than +3.
    
    USA 129 gave a long flare to -2 soon after shadow exit in Persei:
