1999-068B (#25995) TERRA  / Centaur RB

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT is overdue. The last prediction was the  2 HOURS 
BEFORE DECAY  message - prepared September 21, 11:45 UTC with the forecast
                   21 September, 14:00 UTC +/- 02 hours (13.0°N, 171.8°E)
on an ascending pass over the Pacific.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00265.395... - 00265.517... the decay on
                   21 September, 13:36.5 UTC +/- 08 minutes (80.08°S, 234.57°E)
on an ascending pass over Antarctica. This is in good agreement with my preceding
prediction.
