I have it on decent authority that the recent orbital movement of Iridium 9 is apparently not an indicator that deorbit is commencing. Also, you will note that the new orbital altitude is the so-called standard engineering orbit. It should be obvious when several of these satellites at a time are dropped in altitude. There has still been no formal decision made on whether to even begin deorbit.
