    Thanks to Tony Beresford in Adelaide, Australia, for recovering 94-26A,
    USA 103, before dawn, and getting positions on three consecutive
    mornings.  It was last seen by Peter Wakelin in S England on 2000 July
    20.  Here is a new elset:
