Thanks to Ed Cannon for pointing out a duplicate designation in this
    decay list...

    > 26403 00- 40 B EchoStar 6 Centaur r October 18
    > 26408 00- 40 B GPS 2R-5 Delta 2 r1 October 18

In fact #26403 is 00- 38 B. Its current elset is...

    EchoStar 6 Centaur r 30283 x 120 km
    1 26403U 00038B 00251.65768518 .02288655 -69204-6 25887-2 0 773
    2 26403 26.4124 176.1651 6988514 215.1813 96.3926 2.73890117 1278

... and is already more than five days old, so SpaceCom may have lost it
for the moment. The perigee is being driven down by luni-solar
perturbations and my (gu)estimate for decay on October 18 is rather
uncertain - perhaps I should have appended a "?" to the date.
