and on the real time data page

The difference is rather very small - about 0.1 sec (STS-106 1245:47.091
UTC vs. 12:45:46.972 UTC), but I am unable to find out the reason for
that difference. I have found that on every shuttle flight since 1997.
Does anybody know the reason?
