SpaceCom's fresh update - prepared September 7, 08:33 UTC - shows the decay on
                      7 September, 21:02 UTC +/- 08 hours (24.0°N, 102.3°E)
on a southbound pass over China.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00251.117... - 00251.300... the decay on
                      7 September, 21:08 UTC +/- 17 minutes (02.3°S, 104.7°E)
a little bit later on the same pass over the South Chinese Sea /Sumatra.
