USA 129 and SPOT 3

    Because of obstruction (house) and clouds, I saw only four cycles from
    Okean-O rk 99-39B (9.7 sec). 30 cycles from a zenithal pass Sep.2
    remain to be analyzed.
    For same reasons, only one flash from USA 129, near (above) Polaris,
    and from SPOT 3 at RA 17:11, Dec.+37.1 according to prediction.
