1981-058A (#12547) Cosmos 1178

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared September 02, 04:23 UTC - shows the decay on
                   2 September, 03:04 UTC +/- 14 minutes (39.8°S, 326.9°E)
on a descending pass over the South Atlantic.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00245.916...  - 00246.086... the decay on
                   2 September, 02:57.5 UTC +/- 07 minutes (16.83°S, 312.04°E)
on the same pass over Brazil. Any observations ?
