This morning's decay of the Resurs F-1M Soyuz rocket, #25930, was at
02:33 UTC +-20m according to by SatEvo calculation. I show decay just a
little later than SpaceCom, northbound over the W Pacific and near the
end of the orbit given by the final elset:
RsursF-1M Soyuz 6.0 0.0 0.0 4.5 d 10 135 x 127 km
1 25930U 99054B 99273.04220541 .34579979 -17213-5 25550-3 0 145
2 25930 82.3159 196.3929 0005734 49.1547 311.6234 16.53143574 264
It passed over Tasmania at 02:17 UTC, continuing over the E side of
Australia until 02:24 which is where SpaceCom locates the decay point.

which also has my updated prediction for the decay of #15076, the Raduga
15 aux motor, at October 4 08:45 UTC +-1.1d.
