Chandra Obs, 30 Sep 99

Observed Chandra at 09:29:44.5 UT (30 Sep 99) at 
RA 01:27.8  (hh:mm.m), DEC -22.15  (DD.dd) (J2000).

Magnitude about 8.5 (+/- 0.5).  Range 21469 Km at Skymap phase 
angle of 150.8.  Yields standard magnitude of 2.6  if I did 
things correctly.

Used 8" telescope from Falcon, CO USA.  Limiting magnitude about 12.7.

The following elset was good but I use the JPL site to check the 
position since the elset seems to become several minutes off after
