1999-053B (#25926) SL-12 RB

SpaceComs FINAL REPORT - prepared Sep 28, 14:29 UTC - gives the decay at
                    28 September, 11:40 UTC +/- 26 minutes (06.4°N, 337.3°E)
on a descending pass over the Atlantic. With the last released ELSET
99271.455... MPM delivers the decay on the same pass at
                    28 September,  14:45 UTC +/- 11 minutes (11.0°S, 349.7°E)
 
1999-051B (#25921) Orbit Adjust Module
MPM delivers with the last released ELSET 99271.539... a decay at
                    28 September,  19:54 UTC +/- 23 minutes( 65.7°S, 195.7°E)
But I will look also at 20:30 UTC if the OAM survive... and have a nice pass
near Berlin.
