1999-053C (#25926) SL-12 (Proton) RB

The fresh update from SpaceCom - prepared Sep 28, 06:15 UTC - predicts
                 28 September, 12:14 UTC +/- 04 hours (27.5S, 324.4E)
MPM delivers with the last ELSET - 99270.480... -  a decay at 
                 28 September  12:22 UTC +/- 22 minutes (12.3S, 141.7E)
A part of this "last" orbit will be visible from Canada, beginning 
11:14 UTC north of Vancouver and ending 11:24 UTC over Nova Scotia. 
Sunlight times: 11:17:55 UTC - 12:07:34 UTC.
If - and this is a big if - the RB survived this orbit then there is a chance to
see it crossing the US from NW to SE. At 12:48 UTC the RB will pass the 
US/Canadian border (Saskatchewan) and leave the continent around 12:54 UTC at the 
Virginian Atlantic Coast (Norfolk).
