SpaceCom has updated its prediction - prepared Sep 27, 11:08 UTC
               27 September, 12:45 UTC +/- 01 hours (51.2°S, 73.3°E)
on a northbound pass.
MPM delivers  with the last released ELSET - 99270.419... a decay
at             27 September, 12:58 UTC +/- 22 minutes (22.2 S, 131.0°E)
on the pass.
Are there any observation from Canada for rev 8 or survived the Platform to rev 
9? 

An update will follows after SpaceComs FINAL REPORT.
