There was another good pass of Cosmos 2053 Rk (20390) Sunday evening, and I
was able again to observe it tumbling rapidly.  Copy of report sent to PPAS:

89-100 B 99-09-27 01:06:56   EC   97.9 0.5  87  1.12  

Its maxima were probably visible at one-power even in the twilight, but I was
using binoculars.

Location: 30.314, 97.866, 280m
