89-100B tumbling rapidly?

A few weeks ago I thought that I saw Cosmos 2053 Rk (89-100B, 20390) tumbling,
but there are no reports of it tumbling in the PPAS database. There was a
good pass predicted last night, so I made a special effort to observe it. At
pretty much the right time, in the right place, and going the right direction
a fairly bright, rapidly tumbling object appeared in my binoculars. I tracked
it for over a minute. Here's a PPAS report (copy sent to PPAS):
89-100 B 99-02-26 01:35:30 EC 77.8 0.5 70 1.11
Location was 30.3068N, 97.7267W, 150m.
Due to the lack of prior PPAS reports of 89-100B tumbling, I hope that someone
else will see the same thing or suggest a better candidate for whatever object
I saw.
