If you use Rob Matson's SkyMap, or (most) other satellite prediction
programs,
you need the Two-Line Element sets (TLE) files. See VSO home pages (in my
signature) for sources (and programs)

SATOBS and other observers' data are used to improve elsets not recently
available officially, using programs like ELCOR. I have conversion programs
from common posting formats into ELCOR format.
