The last update from SpaceCom - prepared 24 September, 15:56 UTC - predicts
                25 September 03:54 UTC +/- 08 hours (30.1°S, 69.0°E)
MPM shows with the ELSETs 99267.190... - 99267.618... a decay at
                25 September 03:57 UTC +/- 22 minutes (21.6°S, 73.6°E)
on the same ascending pass.
This is somewhat later then Alan predicted. I think the next ELSET will
give us the possibility for a better forecast.
