Athena/Ikonos OAM Propellant Dump

The OAM does a collision avoidance burn from 1:03:08 to 1:07:26
(h:m:s) after launch.  There MAY be a propellant dump sometime
after that.  Scandinavian observers may be alert for such a
"cloud" when it passes by about ten minutes after that burn.
