for details of my updated prediction for the decay of #25903, the Foton
12 Soyuz rocket. I estimate that this has moved earlier, to September 25
01:30 UTC +- 8h. The final orbit takes it over W Canada and south-
eastwards across the E USA from northern Minnesota (01:32 UTC), over
Chicago at 01:34 and onwards to S Carolina at 01:37.
