Hi!
I think the north-south tracks on the image are
Glonass or GPS satellites because
- the vertical tracks are absolutely parallel. So we are talking
 about a group of satellites in orbits that are precisely
 adjusted to each other.
- Both Glonass and GPS satellites would create tracks
 with exactly the orientation we see on the image

I thing these two points exclude almost anything else.
