Obs 95-66A

Despite a large Moon and thin drifting cloud, I managed to see 95-66A
last night for about 10 seconds at an elevation of  8 degrees in the
NNE.  It was about mag +7.  Here's a reasonably accurate position.  Ted
- I've already phoned it to Pierre.
