I have updated my decay Watch page at

with my prediction of the decay of #25903, the Foton 12 Soyuz-U rocket,
at September 25 03:15 UTC +-1.7d. There is no SpaceCom decay warning
yet. This is well placed for N observers as it enters eclipse while
southbound in the vicinity of perigee near 56 deg N latitude at ~19:30
local time. Eclipse exit occurs near 61 deg S as it approaches its
southern apex (the southernmost point in its orbit) at about 04:00 local
time.
