The GPS2-23 Delta rocket, #22878, decayed pretty much as expected
earlier today. I estimate that it re-entered at 01:43 UTC +-1h near a
northbound equator crossing as it passed over north-western S America,
on a track from N Peru to E Venezuela. SpaceCom place the decay point a
little further along over the mid-Atlantic 13 minutes later.
My predicted elset for the last-but-one equator crossing:
GPS2-23 Delta r 5.9 2.4 0.0 5.0 v 12.6 134 x 129 km
1 22878U 93068B 99261.01124234 .70757704 68821+1 48094-3 0 91156
2 22878 35.0625 311.3136 0004445 236.0200 123.9378 16.52997458331217
